BOISE, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Governor C. L. “Butch” Otter has proclaimed Jan. 22-28 as Idaho School Choice Week. Fully 14 other governors and more than 500 mayors and county leaders have made similar proclamations.
More than 21,000 independently planned events will take place around the country during National School Choice Week, including more than 150 events in Idaho. Events include rallies, roundtable discussions, coffeehouse meet-ups, festivals, school fairs, and more.
National School Choice Week, the largest-ever celebration of opportunity in education, is a nonpartisan, nonpolitical effort seeking to raise awareness about of the school choice options parents have, or want to have, for their children.
