Kilroy Realty Announces Closing of $170.0 Million Mortgage Loan at a Fixed Rate of 3.57%

LOS ANGELES--()--Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE: KRC) announced today that it has obtained a ten year, non-recourse mortgage for $170,000,000 bearing interest at a fixed rate of 3.57%. The mortgage matures on December 1, 2026 and is secured by the company’s Westside Media Center, a three building media and entertainment office project, in Los Angeles. The company intends to use proceeds from the loan to pay off a $65 million mortgage, at par, in December. Remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
