CHICAGO--()--St. George Logistics (“STG”), North America’s largest provider of outsourced container freight station (“CFS”) services and a leading provider of value-added warehousing and distribution solutions, announced today the addition of Scott Dobak, J. Gregory “Greg” Muldoon and Jozef “Jos” Opdeweegh to its board of directors.

Wind Point Partners (“Wind Point”) acquired STG in July 2016 in partnership with CEO Chris Jamroz and President and Chief Operating Officer Hessel Verhage. Jamroz most recently served as the President & Chief Operating Officer of GardaWorld Cash Logistics, a C$1.1 billion division of GardaWorld Security Corporation. Prior to STG, Verhage was President of Global Freight Forwarding at UTi Worldwide, where he managed a $2.7 billion P&L.

Scott Dobak is CEO of Dicom Transportation Group, a leading provider of business to business expedited transportation services and a Wind Point portfolio company. Wind Point partnered with Scott to acquire Dicom in February 2014. Since then, Dicom has almost tripled in size as a result of successful organic and acquisition growth. Prior to Dicom, Scott served as President of the TMS and LTL divisions of Roadrunner Transportation. Prior to Roadrunner, Scott held various executive roles at YRC Worldwide.

Greg Muldoon has extensive executive experience leading large transportation-related service organizations. Most recently, Greg served as Chairman and Interim CEO of RailWorks, a Wind Point portfolio company. Prior to that, Wind Point and Greg partnered on the acquisition of AIR-Serv, which Greg led as CEO. Prior to Air-Serv, Greg spent 17 years with Browning-Ferris Industries (BFI), where he served in roles including EVP and COO. Greg has been an Executive Advisor Partner with Wind Point since 2000 and is also an active investor, board member and advisor to a variety of businesses.

Jos Opdeweegh has over 17 years of experience as a CEO of public, private and private equity-backed companies. During his career, Jos has led six highly successful liquidity events of public and private companies, generating billions of dollars in equity value for shareholders. Most recently, Jos was CEO of Premier Farnell plc, a public company traded in the UK. Prior to that, Jos was CEO of Neovia (previously Caterpillar Logistics), Americold Logistics and Syncreon (formerly TDS Logistics). Jos also served on the board of directors for Interline Brands until its successful sale.
