Advisory Research Announces the Hiring of Global Dividend Portfolio Managers

CHICAGO--()--Advisory Research, Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of portfolio managers Michael Valentinas and Adam Steffanus to manage sustainable dividend strategies for both global and U.S. mandates. They will be based in the firm’s Chicago office.

Valentinas and Steffanus were previously portfolio managers at Credit Suisse where they co-led the HOLT Sustainable Dividend and Core strategies since 2005. Valentinas and Steffanus will be launching their Advisory Research strategies using their well-documented, successful process.

Valentinas is a graduate of DePaul University and a certified public accountant. He has been with Credit Suisse since 2001.

Steffanus is a graduate of Marquette University and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He worked for ABN AMRO before joining Credit Suisse in 2005. He is a chartered financial analyst.
