NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rapid Ratings International, creator of the proprietary FHR® (Financial Health Rating), the industry’s leading assessment of public and private company financial health, is announcing today the hire of four new executives to round out its senior leadership team. Joining the firm in newly created roles are Pete Tantillo as Chief Financial Officer, David Barton as Chief Revenue Officer, Eric Evans as Managing Director of Business Development, and Brad Longenecker as Managing Director of People and Culture.

New Rapid Ratings Executives
- Pete Tantillo joins as Chief Financial Officer to oversee all aspects of the firm’s financial activities. Peter is an accomplished technology finance executive who has been leading growth and profitability initiatives for over twenty-five years. Previously, he was the CFO at two privately backed technology companies, Sparta and Systech International, and held leadership positions at software providers SAP and Misys.
- As Chief Revenue Officer, David Barton will lead the company’s efforts to drive revenue streams and identify new opportunities for growth. David comes from SAP Ariba, where he led the North American sales programs to move On-Premise customers to the Cloud. During that time, his sales teams were frequently ranked number one, globally. Previous positions include senior roles at Mobius Management Systems, StorageTek, and Digital Equipment Corp.
- As Managing Director of Business Development, Eric Evans will identify new partnerships, execute deals and enhance Rapid Ratings’ reputation. Previously, Evans was the Director of Partner and Project Management at RR Donnelley Financial Services, where he grew partnership revenue from $1 million to $25 million from 2006 to 2012. He also held numerous roles at Edgar Online earlier in his career.
- Brad Longenecker joins as Managing Director of People and Culture, where he will help drive the human resources and culture function. Brad’s deep and diverse HR background stems from his initial corporate M&A and legal career. Most recently, he worked at AIG, where he was a member of the Talent Management Center of Excellence supporting the firm’s commercial, legal and compliance groups.
