Preparing for Malaysia’s Goods and Services Tax (GST) implementation and faced with limited invoice visibility, lost invoices, high document handling time and costs, and late approvals, the communications service provider was looking for a cloud-based solution to simplify its AP process and reduce paper usage. It was important that the solution be customizable for its unique business requirements, particularly the company’s desire for mobile functionality.
