This figure is down 4 percent compared to $38.5 million in October of 2015. Handle for the month was $483.5 million, up .2 percent from the $482.5 million wagered in the same month in 2015.
Foxwoods’ contribution to the Connecticut Special Revenue Fund in October 2016 is $9.8 million, bringing the cumulative contribution to the state since Foxwoods opened in 1992 to over $3.9 billion.
