Hudson Pacific Properties Sells Playa Vista Asset

LOS ANGELES--()--Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (NYSE: HPP) today announced it has completed the sale of 12655 Jefferson Boulevard in Playa Vista, California. The 100,756-square-foot office redevelopment sold for $80 million before certain credits, prorations and closing costs. The off-market transaction closed following full pre-leasing to tenants WeWork and Dentsu Aegis Network, and completion of construction and tenant build-outs.

Hudson Pacific intends to use net proceeds from the sale to repay amounts drawn from its unsecured revolving credit facility.
