ServiceRocket’s Learndot LMS Becomes PCI-DSS Compliant

PALO ALTO, Calif.--()--ServiceRocket, a leader in software adoption, announced today that it has completed its first Payment Card Industry (PCI)-Data Security Standard (DSS) Compliance attestation for its online learning management system (LMS), Learndot. The PCI compliance, in addition to ServiceRocket’s SOC2, Type One-certification, aligns with ServiceRocket’s commitment to providing the highest level of security for Learndot customers, which include Docker, Gainsight, Couchbase, NGNIX, Puppet and more.

PCI Compliance, developed by The Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, involves stringent assessment procedures to ensure the secure processing and end-to-end protection of credit card information; with ServiceRocket utilising an independent and certified PCI Qualified Security Assessor to undertake the assessment. PCI-DSS is a global industry security standard designed to protect credit cardholders against the misappropriation of personal information. After an exhaustive assessment of the Learndot production environment hosted by Contegix, as well as the Learndot development and management practices, ServiceRocket completed its PCI-DSS compliance attestation.
