As president of AFT, Kasprzak leads the volunteer board of directors that have set a strategic path for AFT in 2017. Kasprzak has been a member of AFT since the fall of 2011. She was elected to the board in 2013 and has served as membership and marketing chairman, vice president and program chairman.
At Ensenta, Kasprzak is responsible for establishing best practices and consulting with financial institutions to balance risk, enhance consumer experience and optimize operational efficiency using Ensenta's patented enterprise-wide Agile Risk Management™ platform.
