CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cambridge Trust Company (OTCQB: CATC) President and CEO, Denis Sheahan, was presented the Whitney M. Young Jr. Service Award by Old Colony Council, Boy Scouts of America at their Distinguished Citizens Award reception on October 13 in Quincy, MA.

The Whitney M. Young Jr. Service Award is a National Boy Scouts of America recognition designed to honor outstanding services by individuals and organizations for giving back to the community and providing opportunities for youth from rural or low-income urban backgrounds.
Denis Sheahan is active throughout the community, holding a Board of Directors position for the Old Colony YMCA from 2003-2015, serving as its Chairman of the Board from 2011-2013. He is a trustee of the Cambridge Community Foundation, and is actively involved in youth sports programs.
