The new booth, which initially debuted at McLane’s National Trade Show in August, will spotlight a fully functioning kitchen with multiple chefs and four new menu offerings for retailers to experience throughout the show. Specifically, the new menu offerings will consist of a strawberry banana parfait, bahn mi hot dog, Buffalo chicken grilled cheese and southwest chicken salad recipes, all created entirely from ingredients available through McLane.
A second branded activation will spotlight new products from the recently launched CVP private label and is set to be featured in NACS’ Cool New Products Preview Room. The five products to be offered include: Hometown Market, Pristyn Purified Water, Excursion Beef Jerky, YumBees candy and Beau Dacious Biscuits dog treats. All products will officially be available starting January 2017.
