Ms. Kissling draws from over 15 years of experience securing biotechnology patents to develop worldwide filing and prosecution strategies that further her clients’ business objectives. Ms. Kissling is chair of the Firm’s Biotechnology & Life Sciences practice group; serves on the Firm’s Professional Development and Orientation Committee; and formally mentors two female associates. She was selected to the 2014 and 2016 editions of Managing IP’s IP Stars list of the Top 250 Women in IP.

For more than 15 years, Dr. Neville, a partner in the firm’s biotechnology practice group, has called on her experience to counsel clients in strategic management of worldwide patent rights, relying on her background prosecuting domestic and foreign patents, providing due diligence analyses, handling interference, reexamination, and opposition proceedings, as well as giving non-infringement, patentability, freedom to operate, and validity opinions. Dr. Neville is a member of the Firm’s Recruiting Committee and Marketing & Business Development Committee; and is a mentor for Firm associates. In recognition of her outstanding patent work in life sciences, Dr. Neville has been featured as a "Life Sciences Star" in the 2015 edition of LMG Life Sciences.
