HOWELL, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, part of the HSF Affiliates LLC family of real estate brokerage networks, today announced that Prudential Heritage Real Estate has joined the network operating as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Heritage Real Estate.
The brokerage, with 44 years in the marketplace, serves southeastern Michigan from three Livingston County offices: Brighton, Fowlerville and Howell. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is America’s fastest-growing brokerage network with more than 42,300 agents in 47 states joining the network since its launch only three years ago.
Broker/Owner Sally Witt said her brokerage is proud to represent a brand whose namesake is Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, one of the world’s most trusted corporations. “The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand is fresh, intelligent and respected,” she said. “As important, the brand is well established in Michigan with several strong franchises around the state. We’re eager to grow our brokerage and enhance our services as a member of the network.”
Broker/Owner Bob Witt said brokerage growth will start with recruiting. “We’re excited about our new brand and believe other local agents will be, too,” he explained. “The marketing potential of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand is significant, as it appeals to the broadest range of clients. People are now looking for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ yard signs as symbols of quality.”
With their affiliation, Heritage Real Estate agents gain access to the network’s Global Network Platform, a technology suite delivering some of the most powerful tools in real estate for lead generation, marketing support, social media, video production/distribution and more. Beyond technology, the brand provides national and international marketing support, professional education and the exclusive Luxury Collection for high-end and resort listings.
“These tools and resources represent the gold standard in residential real estate technology and support, and will help our agents cover more territory with even greater efficiency,” said Broker/Owner David Witt. “Our sales professionals will be their very best for their clients.”
Gino Blefari, CEO of HSF Affiliates, applauded Heritage Real Estate’s transition. “Sally Witt and her team have served the marketplace well for decades,” he said. “We are proud they’ve chosen to go forward as members of our Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.”
Heritage Real Estate will commemorate its brand transition today with a ribbon-cutting ceremony for agents, family members and friends. Afterward, agents will change out their old yard signs at listings with the Cabernet and White yard signs of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Heritage Real Estate will hold a grand re-opening celebration for the community later in November.
