CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Phillips Edison & Company announced today it has signed a lease with Play It Again Sports to open a 4,800 square foot location at Foothills Shopping Center in Lakewood, Colorado, a suburb of Denver, Colorado. The chain, which buys and sells new and quality used sporting goods and fitness equipment, is expected to open in the first quarter of 2017.
The 87,697 square foot Foothills Shopping Center is located at the intersection of West Alameda Parkway and West Ohio Avenue. Drawing from a population of over 69,700 people within in a three-mile radius, many of which are growing families, the active community of Lakewood boasts multiple schools and an average annual household income of more than $81,200.
