VERO BEACH, Fla.--()--The Indian River County Chamber of Commerce has awarded the 2016 Architectural Recognition Award to Pelican Landing Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in Sebastian, Florida. Watercrest Senior Living Group, the developer, owner and operator of the 65,000 square foot, 89-unit senior living community, opened Pelican Landing in April of 2016 with noted enthusiasm from the local community.

At the 19th annual Industry Appreciation Awards Ceremony, the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce honored more than 20 local businesses for their positive impact on the community through architectural enhancements or community contributions. Marc Vorkapich, Principal and CEO of Watercrest Senior Living Group, accepted the 2016 Architectural Recognition award for Pelican Landing in the new commercial building category.
