WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pairin joins a select group of non-government and student team participants to present new innovative tools that leverage federal data to address a variety of social topics geared to connect individuals on jobs, education, and more.
Using data from the US Department of Labor in collaboration with the Workforce Data Initiative, Pairin has developed Pairin JobSeeker – a cloud-based service that allows job applicants to match their essential soft skills and mindsets that provide their best opportunity for success. The Pairin solution provides the most comprehensive essential skills measurement available, and includes over 100 qualities including personal and professional strengths, virtues, emotional intelligence, mindsets and motivators. After the measurement phase, “Pairin JobSeeker” then matches a candidate based on their strengths to live jobs on popular job boards in their area.
Since all of the qualities measured can be developed, Pairin also provides insights and coaching tips for areas in which the applicant can improve if they desire. The user is able to instantly identify jobs that fit them perfectly today and work towards future careers they hope to enter. Pairin JobSeeker is initially being targeted towards recent veterans entering the workforce and military spouses who struggle to identify meaningful careers that value their unique strengths.
The US Department of Labor and Workforce Data Initiative partnership is a continuing trend of the national recognition and accolades that Pairin has recently received. Pairin had the opportunity to present this idea to national stakeholders, which ultimately resulted in their participation and recognition at the Opportunity Project Event.
With the addition of JobSeeker to the other Pairin Readiness Management System™ product offerings (Personal, Lite and Pro), Pairin continues to lead the transformation of the talent pipeline in America to create greater equity in hiring and student development. Applicants and students are now being offered the opportunity to match their existing strengths with job and career opportunities, beyond merely the traditional education and experience requirements. This effort is transforming the job market by focusing employers and job seekers on the skills that most contribute to success, and are most often the reasons why employees are promoted or fired. The Opportunity Project event offers the ability to showcase the unique, skills-based datasets Pairin incorporates in job selection and placement for employers across the nation.
The Opportunity Project expands access to opportunity for all Americans by putting data and digital tools in the hands of families, communities and local leaders, to help them navigate information about the resources they need to thrive.
