The offering is the only enterprise-grade BRMS that provides the ability to create and maintain automated decisions for Salesforce.

For organizations using Salesforce as an application development platform or to overcome limitations around case management, routing, assignments, pricing, etc., InRule for the Salesforce Platform empowers non-technical users to author complex business rules for Salesforce without the need for Apex code modifications.

InRule for the Salesforce Platform allows InRule entities and fields to be sourced directly from Salesforce. Rules are then written from InRule’s business-friendly authoring environment, irAuthor®.

In addition to Salesforce metadata, InRule also provides a direct connection to existing transaction data from Salesforce for testing. This presents a time-saving alternative as users do not have to manually create test data. The tight integration of rule authoring and testing streamlines rule verification and provides confidence in business logic.
