Magnus Johansson leaves the position as President and CEO of Mekonomen Group (STO:MEKOB), with immediate effect. Pehr Oscarson, Managing Director of MECA Scandinavia, will assume the role as Acting President and CEO until a new CEO is in place.
The search process to find a new President and CEO for Mekonomen Group will be initiated immediately and is led by Kenneth Bengtsson, Chairman of the Board in Mekonomen Group.

Pehr Oscarson has held management positions in MECA since 2001. Since 2014 he has been Managing Director of MECA Scandinavia and is since 2015 a member of the group management in Mekonomen Group.
