SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Logikcull, the San Francisco-based software company that provides cloud-based Legal Intelligence solutions to organizations in 34 countries, today announced it has hired widely respected industry veteran Steve Vranas to lead its Major Accounts sales division.
Vranas, the former VP of Global Accounts for the legal analytics company Recommind, was a key contributor who helped launch that firm’s eDiscovery business in 2008. During his tenure at Recommind, he was the company’s top cumulative sales person, a member of the Axcelerate product steering committee, and an innovator, as evidenced by the three USPTO patents he holds as co-inventor of predictive coding processes.
“With Steve, we are adding an individual with exceptional character, leadership ability, and talent,” said Logikcull CEO Andy Wilson. “His experience and guidance will help us capitalize on our mission to help professionals across the globe reveal what’s in data so they can make the right decisions. We could not be more excited.”
At Logikcull, Vranas will be responsible for helping guide the company’s business development efforts by engaging like-minded professionals who champion automation, efficiency and transparency in a legal space traditionally marked by complexity, antiquated technology and opaque costs.
“I’ve been blessed to work with my friends at Recommind over these last eight years,” Vranas said. “In contemplating the next phase of my career, I felt Logikcull was the right choice for me based on its powerfully simple technology, do-the-right-thing culture, and passionate customer base.”
Until now, organizations of all types have had to rely on ill-equipped third parties to perform the data-rich tasks of eDiscovery, internal investigations, subpoena response and more. Logikcull’s user-friendly and secure interface, which can be accessed from anywhere at any time from any device, empowers legal and compliance personnel to take control of these processes. This results in massive time and costs savings, and eliminates much of the risk typically associated with data-intensive projects.
