A-Affordable is a high transaction volume agency processing over 12,000 personal auto payments per month, as well as thousands of phone calls daily. Given the high production needs, efficiency is especially key to the operation. While A-Affordable had a traditional agency management system in use, it failed to meet the agency’s needs for flexibility and end-to-end process automation.
