Boviet Solar USA Announces Availability of New Solar Modules Leveraging Spice Solar Built-In Racking® Technology

New Boviet Solar Modules with Spice Solar Built-In Racking Technology Makes Installing Rooftop Solar Faster and Less Expensive Than Ordinary Racking and Rackless Systems

LAS VEGAS--()--At Solar Power International being held here this week, Boviet Solar USA, the North American arm of Boviet Solar Technology Co., Ltd., a global leader in the manufacture of high-quality photovoltaic technology, and Spice Solar, innovators in rooftop solar panel mounting systems, will be demonstrating the new Boviet Solar Modules that incorporate Spice Solar Built-In Racking technology, which makes installation of rooftop solar arrays faster and less expensive.

The new Boviet Solar USA 60-cell monocrystalline 250-270W solar modules with Built-In Racking provides a means to mount panels directly to the roof using industry-standard roof mounts, flashings and tile hooks in half the time of ordinary solar solutions. The entire Boviet-Spice system can be shipped on a single pallet and eliminates the need for rails, clamps, rail splices and panel grounding, significantly reducing purchasing and logistics expense.

“Solar installers are continually looking for new ways to save money and increase their margins,” said Barry Cinnamon, CEO of Spice Solar. “By incorporating the Spice Solar Built-In Racking technology, Boviet Solar USA can now offer installers a rooftop solar module that is faster to install and less expensive than modules using ordinary racking and rackless systems. Partnering with Boviet gives installers the best solar panels available with a simple, painless mounting solution in one easy-to-ship package.”

“Boviet prides itself on having superior solar technology, but we also realize that innovation doesn’t end with delivering better solar modules,” said Eric Ma, President of Boviet Solar USA. “Spice Solar has developed a unique snap-to-fit mounting solution that simplifies installation, making the Boviet-Spice package even more attractive to solar installers. Thanks to Spice Solar we can deliver an installation-ready rooftop solar system that will help increase our market penetration in North America.”

In addition to easy installation and maintenance, the Boviet modules with Spice Solar Built-In Racking technology is robust, delivering unprecedented strength over rackless systems, even in extreme wind and snow load conditions. The system is UL/1703 and UL/2703 certified, including grounding, bonding, and mechanical loading.
