OLATHE, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NIC Inc. (NASDAQ: EGOV), the dominant provider of digital government services, congratulates eight of its state government partners for being ranked as the best state government websites in the country – with NIC government partners sweeping the Top 5. This is the third consecutive year NIC state government partners took all of the Top 5 honors. The rankings were announced by the Center for Digital Government as part of its annual “Best of the Web” competition.
