Find Your National Park in Arizona, Help Celebrate National Park Service Centennial

PHOENIX--()--The Arizona Office of Tourism (AOT) invites residents of Washington to Find Your Park in Arizona. Arizona tourism officials, along with the Pacific Science Center, will be promoting Arizona's national parks experience and celebrating the National Park Service Centennial with a special viewing of the MacGillivray-Freeman film, National Parks Adventure.

The IMAX Theater at the Pacific Science Center will feature the film that has captured the scenic beauty and outdoor adventures of our nation's most iconic national parks, including Arizona's own Grand Canyon National Park, Lake Mead National Recreational Area and Hoover Dam.

The event will be on Thursday, August 25 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. See National Parks Adventure in 3D, and while you're there, chat with a National Park Ranger, participate in hands-on activities, answer Arizona trivia questions for prizes, get your picture taken at an Arizona National Park, and enter to win a $5,000 Arizona Adventure!
