Four Springs Capital Trust Announces Acquisition of BioLife Facility

LAKE COMO, N.J.--()--Four Springs Capital Trust (“FSCT” or the “Company”) announced on August 22, 2016 that it acquired a single tenant medical building in Greenwood, IN for $8.03 million. The 16,694 square-foot building operates as a plasma collection facility for BioLife Plasma Services, an industry leader in the collection of high-quality plasma that is processed into life-saving plasma therapies.

FSCT’s portfolio now contains 45 properties which are leased to 23 tenants, located in 20 states.
