UQM Technologies’ CEO Interviewed by EnergyTech Investor LLC on the Eaton and Pi Innovo Alliance

LONGMONT, Colo.--()--UQM Technologies, Inc. (NYSE MKT: UQM), a developer of alternative energy technologies announced today that Joseph Mitchell, President and Chief Executive Officer, was interviewed by EnergyTech Investor, LLC (ETI) regarding the recently announced development and production program with Eaton’s Vehicle Group and Pi Innovo. The alliance enables UQM to create a full electric drivetrain system called the “UQM PowerPhaseDT” which will allow customers in the medium and heavy-duty EV commercial markets to achieve increased performance, acceleration and efficiency. Pi Innovo will develop and supply UQM with the transmission control unit and Eaton will provide a 2-speed transmission for an EV application.
