BRENTWOOD, Tenn. & CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Former Community Health Systems executive Hollie Adams has joined national healthcare communications and engagement firm Jarrard Phillips Cate & Hancock, Inc., officials announced today. Also joining the firm’s Brentwood office are Daniela Medina, as an Advisor, and Courtney Williams as an Associate. Graphic designers Chris Robinson and Katie Stephens have joined the firm as well.

Adams, who joins Jarrard Inc. as a Vice President, is a seasoned marketing strategist with more than a decade of experience in consulting, strategic planning and hospital administration. She will be a valuable asset to the firm’s clients looking to expand service lines, better engage their employees or reposition themselves.
Prior to joining the firm, Adams served as the Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Marketing for Community Health Systems in Franklin, Tenn. There, she oversaw work for 39 hospitals across Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. In addition to managing acquisition and divesture planning, she implemented revenue growth initiatives, and stewarded a multi-million-dollar marketing budget.
Joining as an Advisor is Medina, a media relations and community outreach expert. Drawing on her prior work with several non-profit organizations, she will work to support the firm’s teams and service clients. She was previously Manager of Public Relations and Community Outreach for the Tennessee Performing Arts Center and has worked with the Georgia chapter of March of Dimes as well as the American Cancer Society.
In addition, Williams, joining the firm as an Associate, will provide clients insight into complex regulatory and population health issues. Prior to joining Jarrard Inc., she interned with the Officer of Governor Bill Haslam where she interfaced with a number of state agencies, and with the Metro Drug Coalition in Knoxville, where she was involved in policy research and advocacy campaigns surrounding several population health issues.
The firm’s creative team is also expanding with the addition of Chris Robinson and Katie Stephens as graphic designers.
Robinson brings with him expertise in graphic design, branding and motion graphics to shape creative development for clients’ communications needs. Stephens will leverage her experience in collateral development to design digital and print materials for clients’ campaign projects.
