Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico Announces Rotation of External Auditor

GUADALAJARA, Mexico--()--Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V., (NYSE: PAC) (BMV: GAP) (the “Company” or “GAP”) announced today that, the Board of Directors appointed KPMG Cárdenas Dosal, S.C. as external auditor to review the Company’s Financial Statements for the 2016 period.

The board thanked and recognized auditing firm Galaz, Yamazaki, Ruiz Urquiza, S.C. (Deloitte) for its services during the 14 years it served as the Company’s auditor, during which time the Company experienced important changes and overcame market challenges, including: the IPO in 2006, the international expansion in 2015 and the economic and industry crises of 2009 and 2013.

The auditing firm rotation was made in accordance with Corporate Governance Best Practices.

GAP’s management thanks Deloitte for its commitment and dedication during these 14 years of professional relashionship as external auditor of the Company.
