Phuong Dang, CPA, has been with Seiler for over 25 years, and started as a campus recruit. Phuong has focused his career on tax advisory and compliance for real estate and related companies, partnerships, corporations and high-net-worth individuals and families. He is a tax partner in the Real Estate industry practice at Seiler, and has extensive experience in leasing and real estate developer issues, transaction structures, financing arrangements and consulting on 1031 transactions.

Elizabeth Sevilla, CLU, CHFC, has been promoted to tax partner in the area of Trust and Estate advisory. She joined the firm in 2009, and has over 20 years of experience advising clients in the areas of personal and fiduciary income as well as gift and estate taxation along with personal risk management, business succession, executive compensation and life insurance tax and product due diligence issues. Prior to her tenure at Seiler, Elizabeth spent time at BDO US, Deloitte and KPMG.

Erin Hastings, CPA, has 15 years of experience in audit, accounting and advisory and is a leader in the firm’s audit practice. Her industry experience includes financial services (broker-dealers, registered advisors and investment funds), professional services, manufacturing, distribution and wholesale and others. She also has expertise in financial statement forecasting and analysis, business strategy and planning, internal controls and fraud examinations. Erin spent time at Scott B. Price & Company and KPMG prior to joining Seiler.
