Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) has been informed today that on 23 June 2016 Sybella Stanley, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 4,983 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) at a price of 626.78 pence per Share on the London Stock Exchange. Ms Stanley had not previously held any shares in the Company.
