SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Via Licensing Corporation today announced that Nicholas Dudziak has joined the company as Senior Director, Licensing & Strategy, to build upon and grow the company’s leadership in intellectual property (IP) licensing programs, which promote and enable innovation throughout the world.
Dudziak brings more than a decade of experience as an IP deal maker and litigator managing patent licensing programs on behalf of innovators. Dudziak will play a key role driving pro-innovation patent licensing transactions that ensure Via’s partners are fairly and appropriately compensated for their inventions.
Prior to joining Via, Dudziak worked at Global IP Law Group, one of the world’s leading IP firms, where he was lead counsel for a broad range of patent monetization and portfolio management deals. During this time, he led more than 50 IP-based transactions across a wide range of industries and technologies and Global IP Law Group was recognized as “The Best Intellectual Property Law Firm in North America” by World Finance magazine.

Dudziak holds a JD from the John Marshall Law School, as well as a BS degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
