Sollers Consulting takes part in the Guidewire ClaimCenter® implementation for the P&V Group

Sollers Consulting has been participating in implementation of the ClaimCenter claims management system at P&V Group, as part of the Claims 2.0 project team.

WARSAW, Poland--()--P&V Group is a Belgian cooperative insurance group that provides insurance solutions to individuals, businesses and institutions through its various distribution channels and brands.

Sollers Consulting role in the project focuses on configuring functional part of the system for the full claim handling process. The project is implemented with the active participation of sponsors and business experts from the customer's side.

We were pleased to have Sollers consultants to re-inforce our IT project team, says Johan Dekens, P&V CIO, and bring their unique experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter® implementations.

ClaimCenter is meant to speed up the claims cycle and improve customer service. The implementation will also increase operational efficiency using automation across claims processes that provides multiple claims handling opportunities.

We are very pleased to work with P&V, as we have an opportunity to participate in the Guidewire ClaimCenter® implementation where the “configure versus customize” approach is one of the key success factors. The goal of providing a flexible and upgradable platform for the P&V Group is strongly supported. Auto insurance is the first line of business to be supported by the system as the Claims 2.0 implementation project continues to deliver claims management for P&V Group's other Non-Life products.
