SAP Ariba Live Madrid: What Glass Ceiling?

Women executives set to gather for premier global commerce event in Madrid June 13-15 to discuss business and innovation

PALO ALTO, Calif.--()--Women continue to rise in the ranks of procurement, technology, finance, engineering and design. And business is becoming more collaborative and simple. Next month, women executives attending SAP Ariba Live at the Madrid Marriott Auditorium Hotel will gather for a special forum hosted by SAP Ariba CMO, Alicia Tillman to discuss this transformation and the role they can play in accelerating it. Award winning technology innovator and designer Elena Corchero will be a guest presenter at the event along with Tamara Braun, Chief Procurement Officer, SAP.

“We are pleased to be providing a forum in which women leaders can learn and share their insights and successes in driving innovations within their organizations and functions that are truly changing the game, “ said Tillman. “And we are thrilled to have Elena Corchero join us and share her incredible stories as a technology disrupter.”

As the founder and director of Lost Values, Elena Corchero knows a few things about breaking new ground. A former MIT Media Lab Europe Research Associate, Corchero has been named among the UK’s top three innovators and women in technology and holds over a dozen awards, including designation as the 2n’d most disruptive business by the Duke of York initiative "Pitch@Palace." And she will share her philosophies for disrupting business by engaging more closely with customers as well as generating award winning experiences through product development.

Corchero joins an all-star lineup of speakers set to present at SAP Ariba Live, including tennis great Boris Becker and many of the more than 2 million companies around the world who are using SAP Ariba Solutions to redefine the way business is done.
