FRANKFURT, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thomas Kettner has been appointed Managing Director of MV Index Solutions GmbH (MVIS), the specialist provider of investable indices. In his new role, he will be responsible for the business strategy of MVIS, identifying growth initiatives, and developing new licensing opportunities globally. He will also be leading MVIS day-to-day index operations. Mr. Kettner joined MVIS in 2012 as head of index operations and has been instrumental in building a professional index maintenance team.

Mr. Kettner looks back on ten years of experience in the index industry, previously working for leading index providers such as Dow Jones Indexes and STOXX Limited. Mr. Kettner holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Konstanz, Germany.
