CHAPEL HILL, N.C.--()--Bell Leadership Institute, a recognized leader in leadership training and executive education, is growing their Licensed Programs division. Due to increasing popularity of Bell’s in-house training model, the facilitated seminars include Achievers I, Great Leaders, and Advanced Communication, with Change Leadership launching this fall. The first group of facilitators will be receiving certification for Change Leadership at Bell’s open-enrollment seminar on September 27 & 28 at the Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and rolling-out the training in their companies by the end of this year.

Since the program’s inception in 2005, Bell Leadership has certified more than 45 facilitators in nearly 30 companies. To date, over 5,000 people have graduated from Bell’s facilitator-led programs. Dr. Gerald D. Bell, Founder and CEO of Bell Leadership, and lead architect of the video-supported curriculum, says, “The success of a company depends on the strength of its leadership. In the long run, building leaders makes good business sense, giving companies a distinct market advantage. By training facilitators to lead in-house programs, companies can reach deeper levels within their organizations -- building more leaders at an effective cost.”

PT Solutions’ Director of Administrative Operations John Provost states, “I am excited to have the opportunity to bring the Bell Leadership model to our team through the Licensed Programs. The process of certification was easy, thorough, and left me feeling well prepared to deliver this critical training to our teams. The team at Bell has continued to do a great job supporting our efforts and keeping the communication level high so we know they are there to help. I am confident the ability to train our team internally will allow for even more of our leaders to receive this training and begin to build themselves to become great leaders for the practice!”

Bell’s Fundamentals of Training seminar, the first step towards becoming a certified facilitator, will be held on July 19 & 20 at the Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Holly Mosack, Director of Employee Communications at Advanced Technology Services, reflects on her experience: “Going through the Achievers certification process not only prepared me to be a confident facilitator, but also gave me a deeper understanding of my own leadership approach. Key insights that I first learned as a participant, I now see with a whole new perspective. The entire Bell staff was nothing but encouraging, accommodating and a joy to work with throughout the certification.”

Both John and Holly will have the opportunity to opportunity to reconnect with fellow Bell facilitators and Dr. Bell at the annual Mastery seminar on September 26, 2016, at the Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
