Merrill Lynch Private Wealth Advisor Noel Weil Named Among Top Advisors by Leading Industry Publications Barron’s and Financial Times

NEW YORK--()--The Private Banking and Investment Group at Merrill Lynch announced today that Private Wealth Advisor Noel Weil has been recognized as a top advisor by Barron’s magazine in its annual "America’s Top 100 Financial Advisors" list and by the Financial Times in its annual "Top 400 Financial Advisors" list.

“We are proud and honored to support Noel in his recognition as a top advisor, and believe it is a true reflection of the hard work, dedication and value he provides to clients. It is this level of commitment and deep understanding of client service, top-performing work, and his ability to provide clients personalized financial guidance to meet their needs that contributed to Noel’s well-deserved spot on both of the most respected lists in the industry,” said Mollie Colavita, regional managing director.

Advisors considered for the “America's Top 100 Financial Advisors” list ranking have a minimum of seven years’ financial services experience and have been employed at their current firm for at least one year. Quantitative and qualitative measures used to determine the advisor rankings include: client assets, return on assets, client satisfaction/retention, compliance records, and community involvement, among others. Barron’s does not receive compensation from advisors, participating firms and their affiliates, or the media in exchange for rankings.

The Financial Times Top 400 Financial Advisors (FT 400) is an independent listing produced by the FT. The FT 400 is based on data gathered from firms and verified by broker-dealer home offices, regulatory disclosures, and the FT’s research. The listing reflects each advisor’s performance in six primary areas, including assets under management, asset growth, compliance record, experience, credentials and accessibility as identified by the FT. Neither the firms nor the advisors pay a fee to the Financial Times in exchange for inclusion in the FT 400.
