SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--STORE Capital Corporation (NYSE: STOR) (the “Company”), an internally managed net-lease real estate investment trust (REIT) that invests in Single Tenant Operational Real Estate, today announced the upsizing and pricing of its previously announced follow-on offering. Pursuant to the offering, the Company is selling 10,750,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $25.60 per share. In connection with the offering, the Company also granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to 1,612,500 additional shares of common stock from the Company. The offering is expected to close on May 20, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the proposed offering to repay amounts outstanding under its unsecured credit facility and the remainder to fund property acquisitions subject to purchase contracts in the ordinary course of business.
