The new interactive analytics tool will allow additional insights on user behavior within FileHub™, SmartFile’s on-premises solution. Additionally, SmartFile will be debuting a new partner program that will give resellers the opportunity to increase profitability with recurring revenue opportunities.
SmartStats analytics gives administrators access to an interactive analytics panel to query all audit data, helping to prevent “Shadow IT.” File and user activity is tracked and recorded for compliance in a customizable dashboards. Administrators can then narrow audit results to show activity types and the locations of the files users are moving and editing. Further, SmartStats enables IT teams to break down the report in a digestible format for other departments within the organization.
