Ed Rollins joins Quantum Communications

HARRISBURG, Pa.--()--Quantum Communications today announced that Ed Rollins, who was the architect and engineer of the most successful presidential campaign in history, has joined the firm as a partner. Rollins, who managed President Ronald Reagan’s 1984 reelection campaign, winning 49 of 50 states, will head Quantum Communications’ New York office at 499 Park Avenue.
