R3 Continuum Completes Merger

MINNEAPOLIS--()--Three sister companies, major players in the absence management and return-to-work industries, have announced the completion of their merger into one operating entity and one brand. Crisis Management International (CMI), Crisis Care Network (CCN), and Behavioral Medical Interventions (BMI), as of today, will operate under a single brand, R3 Continuum. This completes the merger started in fourth quarter 2015, where these three companies became a single legal entity.

“This merger creates a seamless suite of services delivery and operational efficiencies, which allows us to better serve our clients,” said Jim Mortensen, President. “It also will allow our clients access to broader and deeper expertise across all of our services.”

While the merger will create market efficiencies, client relationships are not anticipated to change greatly, as these three companies share common ownership, and have operated essentially as one for a number of years. All locations will be maintained, and no personnel changes are anticipated as a result of the merger.

“I’ve long considered these three organizations as a single unit providing a continuum of services,” explained Bruce Blythe, Chairman/Owner. “This merger formalizes that consideration, and allows us to go to market with the Ready. Respond. Recover.SM continuum of services – a breadth of services that we believe to be unparalleled in the market.”
