INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fathom Voice, a leading provider of cloud based contact center software, announced today they are hiring Jacob Schpok, who currently serves as the Indiana Office of Small Business and Entrepreneurship (OSBE) Executive Director, as Fathom Voice Vice President of Operations.
Fathom Voice is planning to grow from 25 to 100 employees in 2016 and includes plans to expand operations into San Francisco. Jacob will be responsible for overseeing immediate expansion strategies and managing the projected growth.

Jacob served as the OSBE Executive Director for three years and the Indiana Small Business Development Center (ISBDC) State Director for four years. Prior, Jacob spent over 10 years in entrepreneurship economic development and co-founded two companies.
