IQMS Forms Customer Success Group to Help Companies Optimize Their Use of IQMS Manufacturing ERP Software

Industry veteran Ken Kratz will lead the IQMS Customer Success Group in ensuring manufacturers have the skills and software in place to maximize their operational efficiency and effectiveness

PASO ROBLES, Calif.--()--IQMS, a leading manufacturing ERP software and manufacturing execution system (MES) authority, today announced the creation of the IQMS Customer Success Group. Working alongside IQMS support and professional services, the new group is chartered with ensuring that new and existing customers receive 100% of the value they expect from IQMS enterprise resource planning (ERP) products and services.

IQMS Customer Success Group members will reach out to customers to understand their needs, experiences with existing software, and any solution gaps. Based on their findings, they will offer recommendations and work with the IQMS support and professional services teams to provide customers the training, knowledge and resources to maximize their operational efficiency and effectiveness using the IQMS EnterpriseIQ system.
