Sonian Increases Customer Base by 25 Percent, Boosts Revenue by 27 Percent

On heels of rapid growth, email archiving pioneer moves headquarters to larger space in Waltham, MA

Sonian’s momentum is also marked by the addition of 5,000 customers to its roster, bringing its client count to more than 25,000 organizations. This customer growth is in large part a result of Sonian’s 30 percent increase in strategic partnerships, which in 2015 included collaborations with OEM resellers including BitTitan and MailProtector.

As more and more businesses migrate their email systems to the cloud – 82 percent of businesses now have a multi-cloud strategy, according to a Right Scale report – OEM resellers are increasingly seeking cloud-based archiving solutions to complement their existing portfolios. The company plans to expand the space by more than 30 percent going into 2017, adding additional workstations, conference rooms and soft seating areas.
