Clean Harbors Announces $200 Million Add-on Offering of 5.125% Senior Notes Due 2021

NORWELL, Mass.--()--Clean Harbors, Inc. (“Clean Harbors”) (NYSE:CLH), today announced that it is planning to commence an add-on offering of $200 million aggregate principal amount of 5.125% Senior Notes due 2021 (“the Notes”). The Notes will be issued under the indenture pursuant to which Clean Harbors previously issued $600 million aggregate principal amount of 5.125% Senior Notes due 2021, $595 million aggregate principal amount of which remain outstanding. Clean Harbors intends to use the net proceeds from the offering of the Notes for potential future acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

The Notes will be offered in the United States to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and outside the United States pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act.
