CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Antares Capital announced today that it has hired Vivek Mathew as managing director, head of Structured Products. Mr. Mathew will join Antares in the second quarter of 2016.

Mr. Mathew, based in New York, is a well-regarded leader in the structured credit space. Most recently, he served as managing director, head of Global Primary CLO Business at J.P. Morgan. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2005, Mr. Mathew was vice president, Structured Finance at Deutsche Bank.
