Pilgrim Quality Solutions Appoints Two Veterans to Key Customer Support Positions

TAMPA, Fla.--()--Pilgrim Quality Solutions, a leading global provider of enterprise quality management software and services for the Life Sciences, today announced the recent appointments of two Customer Service and Pilgrim veterans to vital leadership roles in the company’s ongoing initiative to optimize the total customer experience. In their new roles, Charles Murphy, Sr. Vice President of Cloud and Customer Success, and Vishal Sharma, Vice President of Pilgrim Global Services, will focus on sustainable customer satisfaction to grow and strengthen Pilgrim’s position among its core customer base.

As Sr. Vice President of Cloud and Customer Success, Charles Murphy guides Pilgrim’s customer satisfaction strategies, leads its global customer support operations, and is responsible for Pilgrim’s Cloud solution offerings. He has two-way responsibility for Customer Success -- ensuring clients are realizing maximum value from their investment in Pilgrim’s products and services, and lending his customer insights to Pilgrim’s product development team as it expands its solution offerings to meet the needs of Pilgrim’s growing customer base.

Murphy also directs Pilgrim’s Cloud strategy, implementing industry best practices for Pilgrim’s global Cloud operations, including its worldwide data center.

As Vice President of Global Services, Vishal Sharma is responsible for leading the Pilgrim’s worldwide Professional Services Group. In this role, he and his team are ensuring that Pilgrim’s Quality best practices are reaching customer sites across the globe by providing perspective and guidance on long-term business solutions and best-in-class technology strategy.

Sharma is also responsible for Pilgrim’s customer education and training programs designed to allow customers to maximize their knowledge of Pilgrim products.
