Commenting, PSA (Paris:UG) Managing Board Chairman Carlos Tavares said: "Our "Excellent Plant" programme, part of the Back in the Race plan, has made our factories worldwide more competitive. In particular, quality has improved significantly and production costs are down sharply. This reflects a daily effort that needs to be pursued over the long term. I want to congratulate our teams on the agility and commitment they have shown by bringing our French plants up to world-class level".
