Lowe Enterprises Investors Names Two Senior Vice Presidents

LOS ANGELES--()--Lowe Enterprises Investors (LEI) announced today that it has named Alon I. Kraft and John Gaghan Senior Vice Presidents of Lowe Enterprises Investors (“LEI”). Kraft and Gaghan are both involved in managing portfolios for the firms’ investment clients.

“Alon and John have made tremendous contributions to the continued growth and expansion of our firm,” said Brad Howe, co-CEO of LEI. “They deserve this recognition of their dedication to LEI and its clients.”

Alon Kraft is based in Los Angeles and is responsible for asset and portfolio management for commercial and multifamily investment properties. He oversees annual asset and portfolio strategic plans focused on optimizing investment performance, due diligence coordination, asset dispositions and debt financing. In addition, he has sourced and structured joint venture partnerships for multifamily investments and other new business opportunities. Mr. Kraft joined Lowe Enterprises in 1997, initially overseeing underwriting and due diligence for commercial property acquisition opportunities, as well as handling asset management for the firm’s Real Estate Group. Previously, Mr. Kraft provided real estate consulting services with KMG Consulting in Los Angeles. He is a licensed real estate salesperson. He attended the University of Southern California earning a bachelor’s degree in architecture and master’s degree in planning. Mr. Kraft and his family reside in Brentwood.

John Gaghan is based in Philadelphia and is responsible for new investments in the eastern and southern US. Over the past several years, Mr. Gaghan has been responsible for expanding the firms’ multifamily investment program. He oversees the acquisition of new properties and investments in joint ventures. In addition, Mr. Gaghan has been active in raising capital to support LEI’s investment activities. Previously Mr. Gaghan was responsible for residential properties, senior housing and medical office acquisitions for a privately owned investment advisor. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Franklin and Marshall College, and his MBA from St. Joseph’s University. Mr. Gaghan and his family live in the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia.
