LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dialogue Group, the leading provider of A2P SMS traffic monetisation software and services, today announced the appointment of Alessandro Adriani as Chief Commercial Officer and Ian Cliffe as Chief Operating Officer as Dialogue Group continues to expand its marketing, sales and operations globally.
Alessandro joins Dialogue Group with 20 years' experience in the telecoms sector, primarily spent as the VP of International Services at Vodafone. Alessandro recently also served as CEO of Bridge Alliance, a consortium of mobile operators based in Singapore, where he drove digital transformation to refocus the partnership strategy for mobile telecoms carriers. In his tenure, he expanded the Alliance in various geographies across Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
Ian has 20 years’ experience across a number of industries including telecoms and computing. He joins the company from IC Global Business Solutions where he was the Managing Director, responsible for advising Senior Leadership Teams on how to strengthen their sales enablement, operations, and finance functions. Prior to joining IC Global Solutions, Ian led sales operations globally at Motorola Solutions, where he was responsible for setting the operational strategy and leading sales enablement and effectiveness. Ian also spent 10 years at Dell in a variety of commercial and financial roles both in Europe and USA.
