Revere Healthcare Solutions Inc. Expands Its Operations in Garden City, KS

GARDEN CITY, Kan.--()--Revere Healthcare Solutions Inc. (RHS) which manages the Grow Well, near-site clinic in Garden City, KS is adding Mid-America Millwright Services Inc. (Mid-America Millwright Service) to the roster of employers providing their employees (and families) with zero co-pay access to RHS comprehensive preventive healthcare program.

Mid-America Millwright Services, advised by Freedom Claims Management Inc., a Great Bend, KS based leader in healthcare insurance related services, has performed a feasibility study of the different options available to provide its employees with better healthcare while controlling associated costs, and has resolved to incorporate the services of the Grow Well clinic into its healthcare benefits’ strategy.

“Providing our talented employees with the access to excellent preventive healthcare is a strategic decision for our company. The feasibility study developed with Freedom Claims Management Inc., has highlighted the multiple benefits of pursuing such decision. On one side, we expect that the convenient access to preventive healthcare will result in an overall better healthcare experience for our employees and, more importantly, in better outcomes. On the other side, the feasibility study has encouraged us to move to a higher deductible insurance plan, providing us with a tool to offset rate increases. As we faced rising healthcare insurance rates and the unfortunate choice between less healthcare and higher costs, we turned this adversity into an opportunity and were able to design an innovative plan which incorporates the direct purchase of the excellent preventive healthcare provided by the Grow Well clinic and by RHS. We believe that by pursuing this strategic decision, as an employer we will deliver to our workforce better healthcare at a lower cost,” commented Mr. Ken Green, Mid-America Millwright.

Since 2015, RHS has managed the Grow Well clinic providing primary care, urgent care, workers’ compensation, occupational health, and management of common chronic conditions and pre-conditions to the employees and their family (approximately 650 individuals) of the local municipality.

“We are honored to add an organization like Mid-America Millwright to our client base in Garden City. This addition, and the significant benefits which have been achieved by the City of Garden City and are projected to be achieved by Mid-America Millwright confirm that, while the RHS program has a strong track record with municipalities, the delivery model strategically fits the needs of employers with very different profiles: public and private, large and small, service and product oriented. We have two competitive advantages. The very strict cost and financial discipline imparted by our controlling shareholder, Revere Partners LLC. And, the intellectual property which, uniquely in the industry, can draw from a library of outcomes related to more than ten thousand individuals over two decades and a vast library of return-on-investment valuations, achieved across different employers’ profiles. Such a long, deep, and broad track record translates into RHS clinics’ management best practices and gives us full confidence that the RHS program will deliver the outcomes and the savings that Mr. Green is seeking,” concluded Ms. Tracy Fry, RHS Senior VP Client Services.
